Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge will be applied at checkout. The order will take 5-6 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

Cash on delivery

For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 50 INR to 250 INR based on the invoice value plus shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returns are accepted only if the products are damaged and not usable. For returns please speak with Jama Botanics at +91-9491829779 (10.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Saturdays) so they can arrange a reverse pickup. In case there is a quality issue, Jama Botanics will bear both side shipping costs for return/replacement. In case return is not due to damage issue, then outward and return shipping charges will be deducted at actuals. In case your location is not serviceable for return pickup/collection, you must send us the item at your own expense and share the courier receipt for a reimbursement. The item will be examined at our end and refund issues within 7 working days of receipt at our end.

Refunds

We only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not of fer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer. While we are committed to provide the best to our customers and we pay a lot of attention to details, sometimes even we are susceptible of making mistakes.
